How Do I Withdraw From My Account?

You can withdraw funds from the account in three ways.

  1. Use your Happen Bank debit card to withdraw funds free of fees at a MoneyPass or SUM ATM location. Locate an ATM.

  2. Make an external transfer (ACH) to another financial institution for no fee. You can add an external account by selecting Manage External Accounts from the Transfer page in online Banking or the Happen Bank Mobile app.

  3. Place a wire through online banking or in the Happen Bank mobile app

  • For domestic wires You can initiate a wire transfer online or in the app. Domestic wires must be submitted before 5:30 pm ET to be sent the same day.

  • For international wires: Call our customer service at 800-242-0272 to initiate the wire. International wires must be submitted before 4 pm ET to be sent the same day.

Restrictions apply. Fees and limits may apply, depending on the type of wire. You can review any applicable fees and limits before completing your wire transfer.
