During your 10- day grace period at the end of the initial or subsequent terms, you may close your CD. You can close it yourself through Online Banking or the Happen Bank app by selecting the CD, navigating to “Review Options”, and then selecting “Close My CD”. You will see your balance disbursement options. You may also contact us if you need assistance closing your CD.
