LendingClub is now Happen Bank.

Thank you for your participation in Happen Bank’s retail investing program. We appreciate the trust you placed in us over the years.

The program has now been fully wound down, with all Notes repurchased in 2024 and all investor accounts closed by the end of 2025. The investor portal was permanently closed in January 2026.
