Sustainability is on everyone’s agenda. We are increasingly seeing big brands flex their business models to respond to demand – either through transforming to eco-friendly packaging or demonstrating a new kind of company culture that emphasises ethics and the environment. Startups continue to launch new subscription models that are changing consumer behaviour – cleaning products and dishwasher tablets will no longer be a mainstay in supermarkets, but something we get through our letterboxes in nifty recycled packets.
We’re launching a new insight project that pinpoints the drivers behind sustainable behaviour changes, with the aim of identifying which initiatives and messages resonate with consumers and why.
