You may need to update your legal name due to a life event, such as a change to your marital status. To change the name on your account, please have the following documents prepared:

A legal name change document, such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court-issued name change document
A valid government-issued ID that verifies the name change, such as a U.S. state-issued driver’s license or state ID card, a U.S. passport, or a foreign passport.
