Insight to grow

Post a successful pilot programme in Argentina; this programme is now being rolled out globally with programmes already existing in France and Mexico with local marketing and branch teams. The big result for HSBC was giving a cross functional team a core set of skills to shape insights for activation in market.

Challenge

HSBC knew that key to delivering stand out customer service was actionable insight. The challenge was how to develop a global corporate approach to insight development which could work across markets incorporating locally influenced nuances that could influence customer interaction at branch level.

Opportunity

We shaped a global Insight to Grow programme which focused on developing teams to deliver fresh insight, superior service design, delivery and communication.
