Post a successful pilot programme in Argentina; this programme is now being rolled out globally with programmes already existing in France and Mexico with local marketing and branch teams. The big result for HSBC was giving a cross functional team a core set of skills to shape insights for activation in market.

Challenge

HSBC knew that key to delivering stand-out customer service was actionable insight. The challenge was how to develop a global corporate approach to insight development which could work across markets incorporating locally influenced nuances that could influence customer interaction at branch level.

Opportunity

We shaped a global Insight to Grow programme which focused on developing teams to deliver fresh insight, superior service design, delivery and communication.
