ECCO wanted to open up a new female target audience who presented an untapped, high value opportunity. They needed meaningful and futureproof insight to cut beyond the ever spinning dial of fashion trends.
What we did
We used our Gulliver IP to get closer than ever to the consumer. By walking a week in her shoes, travelling to three markets and rooting through her handbag and wardrobe, we uncovered rich insights around her femininity as well a modern take on comfort.
A clear manifesto and step-by-step retail roadmap for ECCO to forge ahead in the category, speak directly to the consumer and create a deep and lasting connection.
