Acorns wanted to create a unified and inspiring vision for the future of fundraising, which the whole team could really rally behind to deliver substantial revenue growth.
What we did
To generate excitement around a common goal, we engaged the full team in a vision setting process, reminding the team of all the great work they do. This was supported by tangible action plans so everyone in the team could see how their personal input could help them collectively achieve the fundraising vision.

Happen enabled the teams to create an inspiring vision of what the future of fundraising at Acorns could look like which in turn helped form tangible actions to get us there. The Happen team worked with me in the lead up to the team away day, prioritising the objectives of the day. We were really ambitious with what we wanted to get out of the day but with Happen facilitating it was all achievable and we have since built on the outcomes in subsequent meetings.
