48hr Innovation challenge at a zoo!
Last week Happen incredible Innovators packed their bags with head torches, walking boots and packs of post-it notes, ready to undertake a turbo innovation challenge at a zoo!
The challenge was to better understand the customer journey map, and to uncover fresh insight that would help increase the revenue of Odense Zoo, all in just 48 hours – simple!
We tackled this head-on with our FIRE® framework for consumer-led innovation, which unlocks fresh insight to create high-performance ideas rooted in real needs and motivations. Then we added a dollop of how to make it happen on the last day, focusing on particular funding body interests to generate investment for the zoo so they can implement the innovation concepts we delivered.
