SJ joined Happen having already worked with an enviable array of clients including Coca-Cola, Aviva, KFC and Unilever both as a trainer and facilitator of insight-led innovation projects. Since joining Happen, she has been instrumental in making new things happen for a wide-range of global brands such as Ministry of Sound, Shell, and Bacardi as well as working on a number of Reckitt Benckiser brands including Cillit Bang, Dettol, Harpic and Clearasil.
SJ has built a particularly strong relationship with Arla UK over the years and has led a series of extensive insight projects focusing on NPD and packaging innovation. Having spent time living abroad in the past, she now combines her passion for world travel with a fascination with ethnography and consumer insight, and through her work aspires to better understand the diversity of needs, wants and desires of people globally and the associated cultural and commercial implications of this. In short, SJ has the unique ability not only to generate fantastic creative ideas but she also has the intuitiveness, tenacity and professional rigor to apply her boundless creativity to make breakthrough stuff happen for everyone she works with. |
