Caroline also spent five years in the advertising world where she led strategy and planning on key accounts. She has worked with many leading brands including the BBC, Cancer Research, Ernst & Young, HSBC, O2, Sainsburys and Unilever. Caroline has an Honours degree in Business & Management and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). When she’s not making things happen for Happen, she likes to let off steam on a tennis court or in a yoga class or escape to the hills of Tuscany for a bit of 'la dolce vita'. She's also learning to play the guitar. |


Caroline’s passion is turning ideas into value and making new things happen. She was Managing Partner at innovation consultancy, Synectics, where she helped people from world-class organisations to innovate, to develop their creative thinking abilities, to create high-performing teams, and to build leadership skills. She has over ten years experience in senior marketing roles in sectors that include publishing, music, video and wine. During this time, she led many successful strategic brand initiatives, which resulted in new product launches and significant sales growth.
