During her various experiences, she continuously pioneered creating solutions with great user experience by connecting the (un)related dots of business challenges with creative user-centred approaches and structured design processes. Throughout her career as an Architect, Product Marketing Manager and User Experience Designer for multinationals in various industries such as Carrefour, Royal Haskoning and Exact, Lili advocates the importance and impact of great User Experience for companies’ business growth. Relying on her entrepreneurial roots, she coached and helped shape highly technological start-ups and people in her spare time. Lili has always had the design of great user experience at heart by continuously learning from the users in active collaborations. She strongly believes that there is always a good solution hidden behind situations that most people claim as ‘problems‘. Daring to observe and explore these situations from various angles is the key of innovation.
She is passionate about innovation and adventurous creative thinking which drive her to keep learning. She obtained various degrees in Architecture, Multimedia Design and received her Msc in Strategic Product Design from Industrial Design Engineering Faculty, Delft University of Technology with Cum Laude in addition to the Annotation Masters of Entrepreneurship.
