Colleen Reitzel PDF Print

Colleen is passionate about exposing clients to the hidden truths and underlying motivations of their consumers. Through project management, immersion moderation and workshop facilitation, Colleen also helps clients act on those revelations. Since 2007, she has led a mix of innovation and research projects, guiding clients through insight generation, brand positioning, ideation, co-creation, concept development and concept testing, in a variety of sectors including financial services, alcohol, FMCG, travel and consumer lifestyle.

In 2010, she acted as Editor in Chief for an innovation publication dealing with topics on brand naming, trend forecasting and product pipeline ideation. She was also a co-presenter at the event Admit it You're Creative held during World Creativity and Innovation Week, in Toronto, and during the Richard Ivey School of Business Innovation Week, in London, Ontario.

She graduated with honours from Humber College in Public Relations and interned at GO Transit in the marketing and communications department. While at GO Transit, a government transportation agency, she explored strategic creativity by supporting media relations and strategic communications initiatives and contributing to internal and external publications.

Colleen is a certified Practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming and studied sketch comedy and improvisation at Second City, in Toronto.
