She joins Happen from the Brand Consultancy Clear, where she was a Board Director. At Clear she led a large team of consultants and managed senior client relationships across a span of new brand development, innovation and brand positioning challenges.
Most recently Emma has been developing new product and positioning ideas for coffee; helping to shape the future of banking; and filling the product pipelines for major personal care and food brands In her free time, Emma likes to enjoy life to the full...recent exploits include a can can dance class, a curry cookery course and a trip to Vietnam, where she got lots of new clothes made to measure from pages of a magazine. |


Emma loves strategic innovation and finding the sweet spot for new ideas. She has spent the past 13 years researching, innovating and repositioning big brands for clients like The Post Office, Reckitt Benckiser, RBS, Unilever, Heinz, Danone, and Merck Serono.
She is an old hand at leading rapid fire innovation and insight projects, but also turns her hand to strategic innovation which includes: unlocking big commercial opportunities for innovation; developing activation toolkits to take the idea beyond the concept; and creating activation programmes that have been rolled out companywide.
