Freddie has a Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Coming from a background in science and research, he nurtures not only an innovative, structured and rigorous approach, but also a hunger for creativity and product development. On successfully completing his last two years of study in a single year he has demonstrated the ability to keep multiple balls in the air under the highest of pressures.

In the past year Freddie has directed his attention to exploiting key insights for the development of new and improved medical imaging agents. Having declined the opportunity to continue in this field, he looks forward to tuning his unique perspective and focus into unearthing new and exciting opportunities for Happen's clients.

Outside of the world of work Freddie is a keen sportsman currently training for his first triathlon, he is also about to take up a role as a rugby coach. When not training he can be found playing jazz piano or trumpet, and has a passion for discovering great live music.
